Heart & Mind awards

"Know someone who goes the extra mile for mental health and wellbeing? It’s time to give them the recognition they deserve."

Introducing the brand new UK Heart and Mind Awards – celebrating the everyday heroes making a real impact on people’s lives and helping tough times feel that little bit easier.

Whether it’s someone creating space for real, honest conversations about mental health….or someone whose own strength through adversity has changed lives for the better. We’ll be recognising individuals and businesses who are leading by example, putting people first and uplifting those around them through their actions.

Does this sound like someone you know? Then we want to hear all about them!

And we’re looking forward to an incredible evening with our finalists in London in November.

And let’s celebrate the people who are changing hearts and minds around the country.
